Expert recruiting

Real experts to train and test AI, checked.

We find doctors, nurses, lawyers, engineers, accountants, scientists and tradespeople. We check each one. Then they help your team teach and test its models. If you are an expert curious about the work, this page is for you too.

It sounds right. It isn’t.

Your model writes a clean answer to a health question. It reads well. It sounds sure.

Then a doctor reads it. She spots the error at once. A lawyer finds the same kind of slip in a contract answer. One wrong word, and the meaning flips.

Models get expert work wrong in ways only experts notice. So you need experts to show what good looks like. That is who we find for you.

What the experts do.

They put their judgment in writing. A model can learn from it, or be tested on it.

  • Rubrics

They write down what a good answer looks like in their field, point by point. Then every answer gets graded the same way.

  • Grading

They grade model answers against a rubric or their own standard. They say why.

  • Preference data

They read two answers and pick the better one. They say what made it better. This is the human feedback that models learn from.

  • Task writing

They write real problems from their field, with the right answer for each. A strong model should be able to solve them.

  • Review

They check other experts’ work for errors and gaps.

Five steps from brief to introduction.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us the skill, the field and the task.

  2. 02

    Profile

We write the role down. It lists the credentials, the checks and the hours.

  3. 03

    Find

We find experts who fit the profile and want the work.

  4. 04

    Check

We check credentials, test skill in the field and judge fit for the task.

  5. 05

    Introduce

You meet the ones who pass. You or your platform take them on directly.

Our terms are agreed in writing before a search starts. If anyone else pays us, you know before any introduction.

How we check.

For each expert, we tell you what we checked and how.

  1. Credentials

We check licenses against the public records of the body that issued them, where those records exist. We also check degrees and recent practice.

  2. A field test

Each expert does a short exercise in their own field. We review it against the role profile before anyone is introduced.

  3. Fit for the task

We look for clear writing, care with detail, time to give, and no conflicts. We check they are at ease with the tools. A fine doctor is not always a good rubric writer.

For professionals: put your judgment to work.

Careful, paid work in your own field. It isn’t for everyone.

AI teams pay for expert judgment. Their models get your field wrong in ways only you would catch.

The work is careful writing and grading. It can be repetitive. It is often remote and runs by the project. Many people do it alongside their main job.

The platform or employer that takes you on sets your pay, hours and terms. We don’t. We share what we know about a role before you apply. Then you deal with them directly.

Never bring private material from your practice. No patient details, no client files, nothing from your employer. A good project won’t ask for it.

Be careful with anyone who asks you to pay to be considered. Be careful, too, if someone wants ID documents before they name who would take you on. If they can’t say who that is, walk away.

Tell us the field and the task.

We’ll shape the search with you. Our terms are agreed in writing before a search starts.
